Catherine Hodgson is a Learning and Capability Specialist and the founder of Clued In Education. For more than a decade she has worked across vocational education, governance, compliance, training and assessment, and educational quality, helping organisations build capability and strong quality systems rather than treating compliance as the end goal.
Her experience includes senior leadership within a CRICOS-registered RTO, alongside extensive work in resource development, quality systems, and assessment integrity. Catherine is known for being honest, practical, and willing to challenge assumptions, always with the aim of leaving people more capable and better equipped to succeed.
Her core belief is simple: quality is not born from fear. The strongest RTOs create quality through capability, good decision-making, and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
